Pennsylvania publishes current U.S. and Commonwealth flag status through DGS and Governor flag directives as official Governor newsroom posts. The importer discovers recent half-staff notices from the Governor newsroom and parses one-day, immediate-through-date, until-sunset, interment-date, and sunrise-to-noon lowering windows.
