In accordance Governor Tate Reeves’ Executive Orde, the Governor has directed that all flags of the United States and the State of Mississippi be flown at half-staff on all buildings and grounds across the State beginning at sunrise and continuing through sunset on SATURDAY, September 19, 2026, in honor of Claiborne County Sheriff’s Deputy Terrian Earl Bailey, Sr.
