Governor Kotek orders flags to half-staff for 9/11

Governor Tina Kotek directed flags at Oregon public institutions to half-staff from sunrise until sunset on September 11, 2026. The order remembers the nearly 3,000 civilians and first responders killed in the 2001 terrorist attacks.
