Governor Kotek orders flags to half-staff for Chief Joseph Moses

Governor Tina Kotek ordered flags at Oregon public institutions to be flown at half-staff on September 2, 2026, in honor of Chief Joseph Moses of the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs.
